Network Improvement Communities
PLL works with teams of educators to build a collaborative problem solving approach. One of the powerful features of PLL’s approach to transformation involves helping participants analyze all of their data (including systems information) and to support them as they identify aspects that are exerting the most influence on student learning and teacher performance. There are typically several of these in any school and professionals often need support in selecting among them for those that are good candidates for change and that are, as well, measurable. In our experience, this is a pivotal part of a successful school endeavor. Teams can be school-based, district or SU-based, or regionally-based.
